Reservation Rules & Policy:

 

    • Rates are in Thai Baht, included 10% service charge, 7% government tax and breakfast.
    • Check in time is 14.00 hrs. Check out time is 12.00 hrs. (noon).
    • Extra charge for check-out after 12.01-18.00 hrs. is 50% of confirmed rate; Extra charge for check-out after 18.01 hrs. is 100% of confirmed rate.
    • Early check in and late check out can be requested subject to room availability.
    • Extra bed for adult is THB 1,200 per person per night inclusive of breakfast.
    • In order to secure your reservation, full payment will be required to confirm your booking.
    • Full prepayment is required at the time of reservation.
    • We accept only Master and Visa credit card.

Child Policy :

    • Extra bed for Child aged 5-12 year at THB 900 per person per night with breakfast.
    • Child aged 5-12 year sharing parent’s room without extra bed, no additional charge for bedding, breakfast charged at THB 250 per person.
    • No charge for children below age of 5 years occupying the same room with parents.
    • Baby cot is provided at on request, depend on availability.

Notification received within

    • Cancellation must be made by 1 AM on the cancellation date.
    • Reservation cancelled within 14 day(s) prior to check-in date, the cancellation charge is 100 percent of stay.
    • Reservation cancelled within 15 to 30 day(s) prior to check-in date, the cancellation charge is 50 percent of stay.
    • Reservation cancelled more than 31 day(s) prior to check-in date. The cancellation charge is 10 percent of stay.
